Делается прогноз (O -оптимистический, P - пессимистический, M - наиболее вероятный) для каждой стадии проекта, рассчитывается средняя длительность по формуле (O+4M+P)/6). Рассчитанная длительность проекта затем анализируется с помощью таблиц нормального распределения.
